Plan for implementation of the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Lawyers

The purpose of the Plan is to propagate, disseminate basic contents of the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Lawyers in the strata, officials, employees; fostering knowledge to lawyers, development lawyers forces, timely response, qualitatively meet customer’s demands for legal services. Developing mechanisms for coordination between departments, agencies and organizations involved in the management of law practices and lawyers; developing lawyers, promptly and expeditiously meet the demands of customers for legal service. Thereby there is the need to identify the tasks involved, responsibilities of agencies and organizations in the implementation of the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Lawyers in the strata, officials and employees; implementing the dissemination of legal knowledge for lawyers. During the implementation process, it is utmost important to ensure close coordination between the agencies and organizations involved, urging timely guidance and removing obstacles and difficulties in the implementation process to ensure the progress of implementation of the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Lawyers.

The dissemination of the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law will be carried out as follow: organizing a conference on implementing the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Lawyers, dissemination of information through the mass media such as radio-television Dong Nai, Dong Nai Newspaper, Dong Nai Labor Newspaper, local radio system, collaborating with the Council of Legal Education to popularize the law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Lawyers and guiding documents. Additionally, enhancing the practice of self-governing of social - professional - organization, strengthening the responsibilities of lawyers and law practitioners.

At the same time, the Committee suggested all departments, branches and People's Committees of districts based on assigned tasks on implementation of the Plan to implement their duties. Department of Justice is responsible for monitoring implementation of this plan and to report aggregate report.
