Implementation Plan to the project of promoting law dissemination and education to heighten legal awareness for the youth in 2013

Purpose of the plan is to continue conducting the project tasks and ensure they can go smoothly, extensively and effectively as planned and link to the program of socio-economic development; programs and projects of law dissemination and education in the province; daily update information and timely disseminate laws and policies of the State to educate and encourage youth to obey the laws. The requirement to make the objectives, scope, objects and tasks of the project were determined in 2485/KH-DA Plan Steering Committee dated 01/4/2013, by the Ministry of Justice, Plan 4939 / Planning Committee dated 21/7/2011 of PPC to implement the scheme from 2011 to 2015. 

The project was implemented seriously; centralized and maximized with all resources. There was assignment of responsibilities and coordination among the agencies, departments and locals. The district-leveled departments, agencies and PPC continue to direct and guide the commune-leveled agencies to implement the project according to its objectives and in accordance with the project of law dissemination and education for young people in the area, particularly take care of those who are living and working in the area, backward youth and the law violating. 

They also held appropriate contests for youth staff members and young people who were aimed at in the project; organized law day for union officials; conducted law activities periodically during operation of the club and a number of other models of basic youth union; held festivals, forums and exchanges with legal topics for youth and teens; build and implement project of law dissemination and education category about the basic loudspeaker system on the mass media; compile and edit materials of the project of law dissemination and education in various forms suitable for young-oriented propaganda. 

Training and retraining legal knowledge and professional skills of the project of law dissemination and education were provided to youth union members participating in project of law dissemination and education such as training course, updating legal knowledge and introducing the project of law dissemination and education for group-leveled staff of the project of law dissemination and education; organizing training courses of legal knowledge and introducing the project of law dissemination and education to reporters and communicators who propagate the project of law dissemination and education for teenagers. 

The plan also stated local branches and departments shall select locations and models suitable for the project of law dissemination and education for the youth, especially the aimed youth of the project. Locals should base on their conditions to gradually expand the directing model in the area with their own gained experience and effective evaluation of the model.

The standing agency  of Department of Justice, the Department of the Interior, the Provincial Association, DPC of Long Khanh town, Bien Hoa City, departments, agencies and local basis functions based on their functions and missions to continue conducting the project of law dissemination and education for the objective youth according to the content and progress of the plan.

On the basis of this plan, departments, sectors and localities develop budgeting Plan and send to financial institutions at the same level in order to raise fund for the implementation.
