Dong Nai province plans to organize the preliminary conference on the 03 years implementing the National Objectives Program for the period of 2011-2013.

The conference aims at assessing the mobilization, allocation and utilization of the funds for National Objectives Program; assessing the effectiveness and impact of the National Objectives Program on addressing urgent problems in terms of socioeconomic development; assessing the managerial and administrative capability of the empowered authorities of National Objectives Program; evaluating the execution and implementation the National Objectives Program in the province; addressing the existing problems during the implementation of the National Objectives Program for the past 03 years; through which to draw some lessons and propose solutions for more effective management and administration over the National Objectives Program in the future to meet the requirements of efficiency improvement in capital management.

The conference is planned to take place at the Office of provincial People’s Committee at 8:00 AM on May 14^th, 2013. The preliminary reports on the 03 year implementation of the National Objectives Program of Dong Nai province will be presented, policy management mechanism related to Program target assignment and capital management will also be discussed in order to ensure the efficiency in allocating and using Central Budget assigned to the province; at the conference, collectives and individuals will be awarded for effectively managing and monitoring the National Objectives Program during the past time. The participants at the conference include: Provincial Party Standing Committee, Standing Committee of Provincial People’s Council, Provincial, Standing Committee of the provincial People’s Committee, National Program Steering Committee, the Provincial Emulation Committee, Departments and sectors as well as execution organization of National Objectives Program. Besides, the plan also assigns specific tasks to appropriate units.
