Dong Nai plans to conduct inpection on administrative reform and procedures in 2013

On 27th March 2013, Dong Nai province People’s Committee issued the Plan 2331/ KH-UBND in order to conduct inpection on administrative reforms and procedures in 2013.


The plan is to servve the purpose of inpecting quality and process of administrative reforms and controlling administrative procedures of agencies and the province; assessing the practice of direction and operation of the leaders of departments, agencies, locals related to administrative reforms and administrative procedure control; Getting the insight of the situation and timely providing guidelines to complete assigned tasks, improving the efficiency of administrative reform, controlling administrative procedures; being the basis to assess emulation, and classify agencies and officers every year.

In addition to complying with the provisions of the; the process must ensure the accuracy, objectivity, honesty and must not interrupt to state management agencies.

The Plan approved the contents of the practice of operating direction; administrative procedure reforms; the situation and results of the application of information technology in receipt, transfer, settlement and record and paper return under the model of one door unit; the arrangement of other assigned tasks in accordance with administrative reform Plan and controlling administration Plan in 2013 of the province. At the same time the Plan clearly defined the object, time and form of the inspection.

As for the implementation practice, the provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Home Affairs to actively cooperate with the Office of the Provincial People's Committee, the Department of Justice and other relevant agencies to conduct the inspection and form the inspecting delegation; arranging the time and place and submitting report on inspection results to the provincial People’s Committee. The ​Department of Finance is responsible for balancing the budget and timely providing fund to ensure the process of inspection. Directors of departments, agencies and the chairmen of People's Committees of districts, Long Khanh Town and Bien Hoa City, chairmen of the People's Committees of communes, wards and townships actively conduct inspection at their offices, units and submit the report on the results to Department of Home Affairs before submitting to the Provincial People’s Committee.
