The Delegation of Champasak Province (Laos) visited and worked in Dong Nai.

Addressing at the meeting, Secretary of  Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Tran Dinh Thanh expressed his great pleasure to welcome and receive Laos officials. Dong Nai always showed special consideration for its relationship with Lao, for the sake of not only the mutual interest but also the pure and loyal affection which cadres of the two sides had shown to each other like brothers for decades. He was also anxious that Dong Nai and Champasak would establish a friendly economic cooperation relation based on equality and mutual interest in order to promote both sides’ strong points. This was also what Sukan Mahalat expressed at the meeting. He said the purpose of this visit to Dong Nai was to further develop the friendly cooperation relation between the two provinces. Champasak was a major city in Laos with a large number of potentials in agricultural production, processing industry and tourism. Champasak looked forward to cooperating with Dong Nai in all of the fields of which the two sides had advantages. Besides, Champasak also wanted to learn Dong Nai’s experience in attracting foreign investment, in eliminating hunger and alleviating poverty etc

On this occasion, the Delegation of Champasak Province visited and toured Tran Bien Temple of Literature and worked with industrial zone Authority and Tin Nghia Company.
