The Fair includes participation of over 30 enterprises in the internal and external province with over 30 booths displaying products belonging to the fields of mechanics, electrics-electricity, textile-garment and footwear. The Fair is aimed at boosting cooperation in trade, enhancing competitive and marketing capacity among large enterprises and medium-small enterprises, contributing to the auxiliary industry development. The development of auxiliary industry is an indispensable step towards strengthening competitive capacity in the industry among the ASEAN nations.
Addressing at the opening ceremony, Vice-Chairman Ao Van Thinh emphasized that the development of auxiliary industry had played an important role in enhancing the competitive capacity of the end products and speeding up the modernization in the direction of more expanding and more developing.
The development of auxiliary industry will help assembly companies and other companies producing end products not depend much on the import of spare parts because transport and insurance costs will lead to an increase in the input costs and in the risks to the rate of progress and so on. Therefore, if the auxiliary industry does not develop, the end product producing industry will lack the competitive capacity.
The Fair will take place in three days of 14-16 November, 2007.
