Mr. Nguyen Dai Dong – Head of Employment and Labour Department made a speech

Mr. Nguyen Dai Dong – Head of Employment and Labour Department assessed that Dongnai labour market was extremely eventful with a big annual recruitment demand while the labour source on the spot couldn’t meet all the demands; so many enterprises had to recruit the labourers from other places. Dongnai is the sixth province where the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs has invested on the pilot Employment exchange floor. The floor has satisfied the regular recruitment demands of the businesses and at the same time created many opportunities on jobs for labourers in Dongnai as well as other adjacent areas.

With the aim of building Dongnai into a public and modern oriented province, one of the issues that the province cares about is to well perform the transfer in labour structure to meet the transfer in economic structure. The set goals of the Employment exchange floor organization are to create the best opportunities for labourers, apprentices, businesses and vocational and training institutions to well fulfil their needs and duties, helping the State managing agencies on labour and employment to get a good hold of the labour situation to have suitable measures in training and supplying human forces for the socio-economic development. In addition, the floor helps to create conditions for labour users and labourers to get familiar with information technology usage to find jobs and people.
