Dongnai Employment Service Center is one of the 20 units chosen by the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs as pilot places to carry out the project of Employment Exchange Floor. The total figure of existing investment on Dongnai Employment Exchange Floor mounts to VND 1.5 billion. Initially, the Exchange Floor will make a network connection from the provincial Employment Service Center to those of Trang Bom, Long Thanh – Nhon Trach, Xuan Loc, Tan Phu districts. Taking part in the opening ceremony of the Exchange Floor, the participants can directly exchange with one another about job consultancy, job-finding register, job placement, recruitment, and enrollment at direct areas of exchange. Besides, the participants can access the online exchange channels at the website www.vieclamdongnai.net in order to search the information on the labour market or post job-finding information, or recruit the labour force on demand at the website. Via the Exchange Floor this time, 50 units directly join the floor and 50 units post their recruitment online. The number of workers upon the labour recruitment demands of businesses in the last 6 months is forecast to be 26,436 among which the demand of unskilled workers accounts for 21,531.
