The conference on training for the movement “all people stand together to build a cultural life” in south eastern provinces opened.

The content of the conference was to show instructions on, research and promulgate documents in which directions and instructions on this movement are given. These documents are about: regulations of organization and operation of the movement Steering Committee; the implementation of the movement in the period 2006-2010, the regulations of approval for the titles “Cultural Family”, “Cultural Commune,” “Cultural Quarter”; instructions on collaboratively steering how to improve the movement quality in quarters; instructions on how to manage and use the operation expense of movement steering committees at all levels and the regulations of commendation etc
