Department of Resources – Environment jointly signed the program of environmental protection

The signed program focused on conducting research, drawing up and perfecting regulations on environmental protection. Besides, it focused on popularizing, educating and enhancing the awareness of environmental protection in the area of resources management and environmental sanitation for departments and sectors at all levels and the community. It also focused on finding out, encouraging and introducing units, individuals and enterprises that made a good job on or had a good model for protecting environment and using resources reasonably and economically.

    Activities of environmental communication in 2006 received a great amount of concern from departments, sectors and communities in the field of environmental protection. In these activities, the natural resources were used reasonably and a large number of technical initiatives and good models for improving pollution and economizing the resources were conducted. As a matter of fact, activities of environmental communication in 2007 will focus on: flooded land day, clean water and environmental sanitation week, biological variety day, the world environment day and campaign for a cleaner world etc
