 Particularly, Party’s 10th National Congress Resolution and Resolution No.5 issued by the Executive Committee of Provincial Party Committee as well as  political tasks set by the Party and the State has been widely popularized  in all walks of life in different forms: visual and mobile dissemination, by radio broadcast, banners and pano, etc. with 782 popularization publications. Amateur cultural performance activities in localities took place lively and plentifully with many contests. More and more entertainment clubs have been established.

Together with forms of speeding up cultural performance activities to build a heathy cultural environment with educational quality and humanity, the task of checking, supervising and dealing with organizations and individuals that carry out unheathy cultural activities have also been given much special attention by the sector. Reportedly, from the beginning of this year till now, the interdisciplinary inspection team on enterprises carrying on cultural activities and services in the area has inspected 80 enterprises, and discovered as well as tackled the violations of 28 ones.
