14 outstanding enterprises included the Cable and Telecommunications Material Company (SACOM), Sonadezi Long Thanh J.S Co. (SLC), Southern Agricultural Machinery Limited Co. (Vikyno), Dong Nai Rubber Co. (Donaruco), Vinacafe Bien Hoa J.S Co., Vietnam Manufacturing and Export Processing Co. (VMEP), Sonadezi Construction J.S Co. , Bien Hoa Building Materials Production and Construction Co. (BBCC), Dai A Rural Commercial J.S Bank, Bien Hoa Urban Environmental Services Co.,  Long Hung Construction and Agricultural Service Cooperative , Dong Nai Agricultural Cooperative Union,  Bien Hoa Sugar J.S Co (BSJC), TCL Vietnam Electronic Company.  

9 outstanding entrepreneurs were Mr. Do Van Trac, General Director of SACOM; Mr. Nguyen Van Vu, Director of Vikyno; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Chau, Director of Donaruco; Mr. Trinh Hoang An, Director of BBCC; Mr. Bach Van Hien, Director of Bien Hoa Urban Environmental Co; Mr. Bui Thanh Truc, General Director of Dong Nai cooperative union; Mr. Nguyen Xuan Trinh, General Director of Bien Hoa Sugar Co.; Mr. Bui Xuan Thoa, Director of Vinacafe Bien Hoa, and Mr. Chen Pang Hsiung, General Director of VMEP.  

 6 typical enterprises consisted of Tin Nghia one-member limited liability company, Corporation for the Development of Bien Hoa Industrial Zone (Sonadezi), Dong Nai Food Industry Corporation (Donataba), Industrial Urban Development No. 2 Co. (D2D), Dong Tien Garment Co., Taekwang Vina Co.  

 3 typical entrepreneurs were Mrs. Huynh Thi Hue, Director of People’s Credit Fund; Mr. Le Van Kiem, General Director of Long Thanh Golf, Mr. Pham Duc Binh, Chairman of Thanh Binh Co. Ltd.
