Dong Nai Province is trying its best to gain 100 percent of villages, wards, towns and districts having Centres of Culture – Information by 2010

At present, the Whole province has seven out of ten communes, towns, districts and city having Centres of Culture – Information, 61 Centres of Culture – Sports and houses of traditional culture at grassroots level (communes, wards, towns). The steering committee of the ““All people unite to build a cultural lifestyle” movement were agreed on the plan by 2010 to invest in constructions of cultural institutions at provincial level such as Centres Of Culture – Information – Exhibition, Centres of Film Presentation etc, simultaneously train officials who are in charge of cultural institutions in communes and wards and call for economic sectors to take part in building cultural institutions, combining effective promotion of models of cultural post offices, houses of tradition and houses of exhibition at communes, districts of the province. The province is making effort to obtain 100 percent of trained specialized officials having at least professional secondary degree, at least 40 percent of officials having bachelor’s degree of culture by 2010.
