Learners of these courses were exempted from training fees and they were taught basic skills and knowledge of cutting hair, washing hair, making up and caring for nails etc by teachers of Nguyen My Aesthetic Training Centre. As far as it is known, in 2006, the centre offered courses in districts of Xuan Loc, Long Thanh, Nhon Trach, Trang Bom, Tan Phu and Dinh Quan, towns of Long Khanh and Di An (Binh Duong), District 9, District 8 and District 3 (Ho Chi Minh City), training relatively 500 learners. After finishing the courses, all learners were able to work as assistants or be self-employed. However, Nguyen Tin, Director of the Centre, said, when learners who would like to go on with their study to enhance their skills apply for classes of the centre, they would be supported in accommodations and get a between 20% and 50% discount of the training fees, and learners who were skilful and devoted to the career would be kept as teachers or given instructions on how to do their own business successfully.

This is a positive contribution to the education and job creation for a large number of people living in the countryside inside and outside the province.
