Information from Nhon Trach District Public Service Center, Phu Thanh - Vinh Thanh Industrial Cluster currently has 33 registered investment projects, the land rental rate reaches 100%. There have been 21 projects have been put into operation, 2 projects are under construction and 10 projects are undergoing investment procedures.
This Industrial Cluster has completed the investment and put into operation technical infrastructure items: roads, clean water supply system, drainage system, wastewater system and electricity lines to serve production and business needs and activities for investors in the cluster. The unit is developing a unit price for shared services to serve as a basis for calculating infrastructure costs with investors.
Particularly, the wastewater treatment station has completed its construction and is in the process of trial operation of a treatment system with a capacity of 1,800m3 per day, equal to 51% of the total designed capacity. In 2022, the wastewater treatment station of the Industrial Cluster will come into operation officially, the remaining capacity will continue to be invested according to the actual generated wastewater volume.
