Disbursement of FDI increased by 37%

Nestlé Vietnam Co., Ltd. invests large capital in the goods production for domestic consumption and export.

According to the Department of Statistics in Dong Nai, in the first quarter of 2022, FDI enterprises disbursed more than VND13 trillion, an increase of more than 37% compared to the same period last year and accounting for over 49% of the total capital in the province. The reason for the increase in disbursed FDI is due to a number of large-scale enterprises supplementing capital, expanding factories, machinery and industrial equipment, and improving the capacity of production and export so that the investment in this area increased quite well over the same period last year.

Some units have high disbursement such as: Toan Cau Mechanical Engineering Co., Ltd. built a factory of VND147 billion, Formosa Hung Nghiep Company invested in infrastructure and equipment for the power plant of VND105 billion, Changshin Vietnam Co., Ltd built a leather shoe factory of VND55 billion, University Medical Shingmark Hospital disbursed VND100 billion, Shingmark Vina Co., Ltd. Disbursed VND70 billion, Nestlé Vietnam Co., Ltd. invested another USD132 million in order to double the processing capacity of high-quality coffee lines.
