​Long Khanh city transferred nearly 12,700 hectares of agricultural land to non-agricultural land

This agricultural land will be converted to non-agricultural land by Long Khanh City to implement the project.


According to the district-level land use plan to 2030, Long Khanh City will reduce nearly 12,700 hectares of perennial trees to switch to non-agricultural land for the implementation of works and projects for fields of economy, society, national defence, and security. The current status of perennial land in Long Khanh City is nearly 26,900 hectares, by 2030 it is estimated to have nearly 14,200 hectares. The area of land converted to use purpose will be invested in Industrial Zone projects of more than 4,600 hectares; implementing traffic routes of more than 6,000 ha, residential land about 2,000 ha.

In the coming period, when many traffic routes connected, Long Khanh City will be the place to receive many investment projects of enterprises with domestic investment capital and foreign direct investment capital in fields of industry, trade, services, and real estate.
