On the afternoon of April 22, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Son Hung attended the meeting program of the Friendship Spring in Dong Nai Province in 2022. The program was coordinated by the Union of Friendship Organizations of Dong Nai Province and the Overseas Vietnamese Committee of Ho Chi Minh City organized. Participants in the conference were more than 200 delegates, including nearly 160 delegates who are the Overseas Vietnamese of Dong Nai and Ho Chi Minh City.

At the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Son Hung informed the people of the province's socio-economic situation in 2021. Accordingly, in 2021, Dong Nai has faced many difficulties and challenges due to the Covid-19 pandemic. However, with the spirit of solidarity, "leaders and people are united, "insiders and outsiders combined as one, Dong Nai Province has implemented many measures and policies to protect people's health; supporting enterprises to feel secure in production, ensuring business continuity; people's life is stable, making a great contribution to the socio-economic development of the province.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee affirmed that the Dong Nai government always cares and supports the difficulties and problems faced by the Vietnamese community when living and working in host countries as well as encouraging the return to participate into the economic, cultural, and educational development activities of the province. Thereby, Dong Nai Province hopes to receive the attention and contribution of resources as well as wisdom from our relatives abroad as well as relatives in the locality and Ho Chi Minh City for a dynamic and sustainable Dong Nai development.
At the meeting, many delegates contributed ideas to the provincial leaders to attract investment from the Overseas Vietnamese community. The delegates said that at present, many foreign investors are interested in Dong Nai Province. Overseas Vietnamese enterprises wish to cooperate with Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Association to connect domestic enterprises with the international business community; consulting for Dong Nai enterprises wishing to export agricultural products. Overseas Vietnamese enterprises also hope to have more opportunities to visit and survey the field to learn more to serve the investment.
