Many enterprises in various sectors are experiencing a labor shortage.

Accordingly, there is a demand for nearly 70,000 workers. This increase in recruitment efforts by businesses indicates a more vibrant labor market compared to the same period in 2023. Many footwear and textile enterprises are recovering production and hiring a large number of workers. However, the labor supply still falls short of the businesses' requirements.

To meet the manpower needs of enterprises, the Department of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs has facilitated employment connections at job exchange centers, benefiting over 3,800 workers. The Dong Nai Job Placement Center compiles data on job vacancies and vocational training information to provide to the job counseling department, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the labor market, recruitment needs, and continuous updates on the website http://vieclamdongnai.gov.vn.

In the remaining months of the year, the Department of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs directs the Dong Nai Job Placement Center to strengthen the organization of job fairs, counseling, and job connections for enterprises to fulfill signed production orders and those for the Lunar New Year 2025.
