Accordingly, 3 projects disbursed this time are: "cultivating sugarcane" in Phuoc Khanh commune, capital of 400 million VND; "buffalo breeding" in Vinh Thanh commune, capital of 500 million VND and "extensive shrimp farming" in Phuoc An commune, capital of 500 million VND. The projects have an implementation period of 24 - 36 months, the total number of households is 10 households per project, with a preferential interest rate of 0.55%/month (6.6%/year).
At the ceremony, Ms. Ho Thi Su - Standing Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial Farmers' Association congratulated the households whose loan capital was disbursed this time. At the same time, she requested the Farmers' Association from districts to communes to continue to educate and orient borrowers to use the capital for the right purposes in order to bring economic efficiency. In addition, associations at all levels need to organize training and technical guidance on high-yield sugarcane cultivation, buffalo breeding, and extensive shrimp farming experience for farmers; as well as regularly inspect and supervise projects, ensuring effective promotion of the province's farmer support capital and successfully building a collective economic development model in the locality.
