In addition, Lac Hong University is one of three universities across the country, and is also the only university in the Southern region certified as a model university in building startup ecosystem. Lac Hong University also has a multi-application Fuel Cell startup project by author Nguyen Thanh Son that received a consolation prize in the National Startup Project Development Program in 2023.

Startup Festival 2023 is the closing program of startup events and activities in the past year hosted by VCCI. The end of the series of events is also the time to launch the National Startup Program 2024. Mr. Bui Trung Nghia, Vice Chairman of VCCI said that 2024 will arouse the spirit and encourage the development of an increasingly large entrepreneurial business community.
