At the conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh assigned the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to preside over and coordinate with the Government Office to receive opinions and promptly compile them to submit documents for promulgation after the conference to create changes in terms of awareness, perception and action, creating specific products and results in developing the cultural industry.
