Bien Hoa promotes propagandizing, disseminating, and awareness raising about digital transformation

​(News Portal – Dong Nai) - In 2023, Party committees and authorities of Bien Hoa City have implemented various solutions to promote propagandizing, disseminating, and awareness raising about digital transformation in the locality.

Diversified means of propagandizing

According to Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thanh, Vice Chairman of Bien Hoa City People's Committee, party committees and authorities under Bien Hoa City have proactively developed plans to organize thoroughly studying and implementing Resolution No. 05 -NQ/TU dated March 28, 2022 of the Provincial Party Executive Committee; Resolution No. 08-NQ/TU dated July 26, 2022 of the City Party Executive Committee on digital transformation of Bien Hoa city to 2025 and orientation to 2030 for all key officials, party members, and unions member, members; government officials, civil servants, public employees, workers and the masses.

The city has deployed a special page and section about digital transformation on the Bien Hoa City website. Thereby, regularly and promptly propagate and disseminate laws, update and post news, articles, and images of activities, events, and content about digital transformation on the city's only news portal. As a result, more than 140 news, articles, and images were posted about implementing digital transformation activities of the city and 30 wards and communes. ​

Setting up a radio and propaganda column on mass media and broadcasting from the city to 30 wards and communes about digital transformation to promptly convey information to businesses and people in the city. The radio station broadcasts about digital transformation should be 3 times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays through the development of propaganda documents and recorded propaganda files. The city also focuses on propagandizing about online public services to people and businesses in carrying out administrative procedures, facilitating and improving the quality of people's lives, creating a favorable and appealing environment to strongly attract investment projects and develop economic sectors to promote socio-economic development in the area.

The city also regularly and promptly propagandizes on the Zalo application platform " People's Committee of Bien Hoa City, People's Committees of 30 wards and communes" to users who have subscribe to the Zalo channel. Through the deployment and use of the OA Zalo channel, it helps government employees, civil servants, youth union members and people in the locality to access and get information provided by local Party Committees and agencies. These are propaganda information to disseminate the Party's policies and guidelines, and the State's policies and laws on digital transformation; helping people get familiar with digital platforms, digital applications of electronic identification, instructions on installing and using VNeID application, registering level 1 and level 2 electronic identification accounts; using an online payment account, install Dong Nai CDS App, Bien Hoa smartCity App and how to register an account on the Public Service Portal to register and perform online public service procedures.... As a result, more than 454 news, articles, and photos related to activities serving the digital transformation of Bien Hoa city and the locality have been posted, with 11,664 subscribers interesting in following the OA Zalo channel.
