(News Portal – Dong Nai) – According to the Department of Information and Communications, after carrying out the task of building and developing technical infrastructure, up to now, 100% of Party and State agencies from provincial to district level have established specialized data transmission network with 91 connection points; 170/170 People's Committees of communes, wards and towns are connected to the internet for online applications.
Long Khanh City's one-stop department has multiple modern machines and equipment to better support citizens in handling administrative procedures.
In addition, the province continues to operate a centralized surveillance system from commune and district levels to the province to check and monitor Division One of units and localities, and manage information technology infrastructure at the Provincial Center for Public Administrative Services and district-level one-stop departments ensure smooth operations and overcome risks of data breach.
At the same time, regularly inspect and ensure the security of the information system of the Receiving and Returning Results Department and other agencies and units; review the upgrade of information technology infrastructure at the Provincial Data Integration Center to ensure information security, stable connection and exploitation of the National Population Database.
Regarding the founding and development of platform systems, the province has operated the Dong Nai Provincial Connectivity Platform to serve the province's connection and shared applications, including: Electronic One-Stop Software, the province's Online Public Service Portal, National public service portal, public service portal of ministries and branches; Document management software for departments and localities; allowing the exploitation of specialized databases of units in the province; supporting the handling of administrative procedures, sending and receiving electronic documents and reporting socio-economic data according to regulations of the Government Office;
The province's reporting information system was put into use, ensuring full functions and technical features. At the same time, it has connected, integrated and shared data with the Government Reporting Information System, Information Center, and Administration Direction of the Government and the Prime Minister;
On February 20, 2023, Dong Nai province officially launched the Dong Nai - Digital Transformation application, connecting information of 12 units in the province and 6 central agencies, providing information, utilities, and connection between people and state management agencies, integrating features such as: public services, business forums, taxes, product introduction, customs, insurance, ..., all of which was fully updated with useful and necessary information for businesses.
The province promoted the implementation of Plan No. 45/KH-UBND dated February 22, 2023 of the Provincial People's Committee on implementing the Project to develop application of population data, identification and electronic authentication to serve international digital transformation, period 2022-2025, with a vision to 2030. Up to now, the province has basically completed the decentralization of searching and regulating citizen information from the National Population Database on the Provincial Information Center for government employees to handle administrative procedures in 16/17 departments, branches, 10/11 districts and cities.
