On December 23th, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hoa Hiep had a meeting with Mr. Kim Byoung Bum, Head of Representative Office of Gyeongnam Province (South Korea) in Ho Chi Minh City to pay a courtesy meeting to end his term in Vietnam.

At the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hoa Hiep shared that the two countries Vietnam and South Korea as well as the two provinces of Dong Nai and Gyeongnam had a good relationship. The two sides have established friendly cooperation in areas such as economy, culture, high-tech science and technology and human resource training. Also according to the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, in the past time, the two provinces have made a pretty good memorandum of cooperation, including the great role of Gyeongnam Representative Office in Ho Chi Minh City as well as Mr. Kim Byoung Bum personally. On behalf of the People's Committee, Vice Chairman Nguyen Hoa Hiep thanked the Representative Office of Gyeongnam in Ho Chi Minh City as well as Mr. Kim Byoung Bum personally for his contributions to the cooperation of the two provinces. On this occasion, the provincial People's Committee also awarded a Certificate of Merits to Mr. Kim Byoung Bum.
Mr. Kim Byoung Bum paid a courtesy visit to the provincial People's Committee, ending his term in Vietnam before returning to the country to take on a new commitment. - K. Gioi
Mr. Kim Byoung Bum also said that during his working term in Vietnam, Dong Nai People's Committee has also greatly supported him to complete the work. Especially in 2019, there are many exchange activities between Dong Nai and Gyeongnam provinces. He also said that when returning to Korea to take on new commitment, he will serve as a bridge for the relationship between Vietnam and Korea in general as well as Dong Nai and Gyeongnam provinces in particular to make the relationship deeper.
