New land price list has been approved

The 14th meeting session - the extraordinary meeting session of the provincial People's Council in 2019, hosted by the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Son Hung and the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Pham Ngoc Tuan took place in the morning of December 30th with the attendance of 75/83 delegates. In this meeting, delegates of the provincial People's Council reviewed and approved the Resolution on land price list of Dong Nai province in the period of 2020-2024. According to Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Dong Nai land price list in the period of 2015-2019 will expire on December 31, 2019; Meanwhile, due to the huge fluctuation of land price market compared to the prescribed land price, the land price list for the period of 2015-2019 is no longer appropriate and adjustment is necessary.

During the past time, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment has presided and coordinated with other departments, branches and localities to conduct a survey and formulate land price list of Dong Nai province in the period of 2020-2024 under the direction of the Provincial People's Committee to issue, apply from 1-1-2020. On that basis, on November 22, the provincial People's Committee completed the land price list for the period of 2020-2024 of Dong Nai province to submit to the provincial People's Council for approval. The new price list includes regulations on zoning principles, classification, land location classification and appendices on prices of different types of land of which is suitable to the actual situation in the province 2020-2024.
