Working with the delegation were the Central Party Member, Chairman of the People's Council, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Phu Cuong; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Cao Tien Dung and representatives of departments.
According to the report of the Provincial People's Committee, the total state budget revenue in the province as of December 9, 2019 reached nearly VND 50.2 trillion, reaching 92% of the estimate. Of which, domestic revenue was VND 34.7 thousand, reaching 93% of the estimate; revenue from import and export nearly 15.5 trillion, reaching 91% of the estimate. It is known that in 2019, the province's estimated budget revenue is 54.43 trillion VND, according to the People's Committee leaders, in 2019, the province will complete 100% of the plan and increase 8% over the same period of the year 2018.

Regarding the disbursement of capital, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Cao Tien Dung has reported to the delegation, the Provincial People's Committee regularly works with departments, branches, localities and project owners to promptly solve problems for capital disbursement in time. It is expected that in 2019, the province will disburse public investment capital about 95% of the year plan. Particularly, the capital source for the Long Thanh International Airport project will be disbursed slowly due to a number of procedures. The province has also focused efforts on implementing this national key project in order to timely hand over the ground for commencement of the project.

Speaking at the meeting, Minister of Finance Dinh Tien Dung asked Dong Nai to continue reviewing to collect the budget to achieve the plan, in which pay attention to reality, correct and full collection. Ministry of Finance leaders said that in 2019, Dong Nai ranked fifth in the country on budget revenue. Dong Nai budget revenue achieved the plan that contributes greatly to the national budget revenue, along with that will ensure the source of expenditure for local development.
