The Provincial People's Committee has approved the mission of adjusting the detailed planning 1/500 of the Administrative, Cultural, and Commercial Center region of Bien Hoa City

The Administrative, Cultural, and Commercial Center region of Bien Hoa City covers a total area of around 86.9 hectares in subdivision A5, which belongs to two wards of Thong Nhat and Trung Dung. The population is estimated to be between 30 and 35 thousand people. This is a recently constructed administrative, cultural, commercial, and residential area in Bien Hoa's city center. The planning area will be organized with a variety of public works, services, houses, open spaces, green trees, water surfaces, and so on, all of which will play an important role in Bien Hoa's architectural and landscape space.

Regarding the planning goal is to form the central axis and the area on both sides of the axis of Bien Hoa City with a modern space, sustainable development, meeting the requirements of socio-economic development of the locality. Master plan for functional area land use, determine principles and requirements for spatial organization of landscape architecture for functional areas, main roads, particularly the central axis, spatial landscape, central area.

Especially, for the central axis of Bien Hoa City connecting from the provincial square through the Thong Nhat Bridge to the Hiep Hoa Isle, the Provincial People's Committee requires that when making the planning, the overall scope of the whole road must be evaluated and the proposed plan must be evaluated. Functional zoning and spatial organization must be synchronously connected throughout the entire route and have a suitable relationship with the organizational plan on both sides of the central axis on the side of Hiep Hoa Isle.
