The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development was assigned to assume the prime responsibility and coordinate with other departments, branches, and localities in implementing the plan. The solutions that have been set include: strengthening propaganda and training to raise awareness about the application of mechanization and reduce losses in agriculture; solutions to promote the application of machine-base in production; the technological support for production; effectively implement supporting mechanisms and policies; capital solutions, etc. The purpose is to continue implementing the project ‘Promoting mechanization, reducing losses in agriculture’ in a synchronized manner from province to the grassroots effectively. Support economic organizations and citizens to apply mechanization in production; contribute to economic restructuring; successfully implement the goal of restructuring the agricultural sector in association with building a sustainable new countryside. Agricultural production is mechanized at all stages from production, harvesting, preservation, and processing. Therefore, concentrated agriculture production areas are synchronously mechanized. That is also a solution to reduce losses at all stages of cultivation, breed, and aquaculture.
