The Immigration Office, the Provincial Public Security has just opened again to process immigration documents in the context of Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control.
Accordingly, citizens who come to the office to submit, process documents, and receive results must present a certificate of vaccination against Covid-19 (at least 1 dose after 14 days) or a certificate of recovery from Covid-19 with the validity of less than 6 months. People who come to do the procedures must comply with 5K. The medical declaration is done through the PC-Covid application, scanning the QR code.
In order to be convenient, fast and avoid gathering too many people, the Provincial Public Security requests the citizens to prepare their profiles at home by making an electronic declaration via smart phone applying for the passport at the website http://hochieu.xuatnhapcanh.gov.vn or contact the following phone numbers for instructions: 0693.480.847 for foreigners, and 0693.480.874 for Vietnamese with foreign nationality.
Previously, due to the complicated development of the Covid-19 epidemic, the whole country has implemented social distancing in accordance with Directive No. 16 of the Prime Minister across the province, since July 10, the Provincial Public Security temporarily suspended the operation for immigration.
