It is one of the contents of the directive speech of Mr. Le Hong Phuong, Standing Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee in the brief meeting quarter II with leaders of Vietnam Fatherland Front, Commission for mass mobilization and political and social organizations of the Province held on the morning of July 3rd.

Mr. Standing Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee required organizations to know the real capacity of the public, understand the situation to propose new solutions for stably consolidating unionists and members. The Comrade said that it is necessary to consider the quality of some movements, whether the last movement really met criteria, including the recognition of titles of neighborhoods, cultural villages and poor households.
The Comrade stressed that when implementing of movement, it is necessary to pay attention to the quality, not quantity. Currently the units are preliminary summing up the first 6 month work which is to assess correctly results achieved as well as shortcomings and weaknesses, from which to propose the last 6 month solutions for implementation in accordance with the situation and encourage the strata, the unionists and members to overcome difficulties, well operate production and business, and promote community strength for new rural construction, complete the targets and tasks set out by the province in 2012.
Mr. Le Hong Phuong also said that the provincial socio-economic development situation for the first 6 months did not meet the provincial schedule. Therefore, the mass mobilization of the province should focus on the implementation, especially in ethnic religions, ethnic groups. The organization of the union meetings at present has to pay attention to the work of personnel, considering this work as an extra strength so that each congress is the milestone of maturity and growth of unions.
