Situation and solutions for legal consultation
about labor export, marrying with foreigners and safe migration;
writing contest “Examples for Vietnamese women confident,
self-respecting, loyal and responsible”; Implementing the project
“supporting women to be an apprentice to create jobs”…are the key
content of tasks in the end of 2012. These are given by the central
Executive Board of Vietnamese women’s Union at the 2nd conference taking
place from July 1st – 2nd in Hanoi.
According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Hoa, Commissioner of Central Party, the president of Vietnamese Women’s Union, the Central Executive Board of Vietnamese women’s Union will discuss and comment on the plans for implementing Resolutions of the 11th National Women’s Congress, plans for activities throughout the term when Resolutions of Congress are done, and the general program for congresses of the central executive board XI in this conference. In additions, there are some issues related to providing guidelines on implementing Union’s regulations (revised and supplemented), working status of the executive board, presidium, rules about emulating, commending and rewarding from Vietnamese women’s Union.
Mentioning plans for implementing Resolutions of the 11th National Women’s Congress, Ms. Hoa emphasizes the requests to help members of Union, women in whole the country master basic matters, important policy and tasks of Union during this term so that they respond actively, are self-aware to take part in activities held by Union and implement the missions of members.
From now to the end of 2012, Unions continue to deploy campaign “building a family with 5 no and 3 clean” attaching to implementing the national objective program about building new village, movement “ women in the whole country build new villages”. Some projects are deployed actively such as “promoting and educating the moral qualities of women Vietnam in the modernization era of the country in the stage of 2010-2015”, “providing guidelines to 5 millions of mothers on educating children well for the period of 2010-2015”. The Union also promotes setting up Businesswomen Union and study to found some organization of Union in businesses and the organization responsible for the levels of Union.
Lately, movements, campaigns and key missions of Union’s tasks have been done strictly, creatively, that brings the essential effectiveness to members and women. The levels of Union speed up propagandizing, educating and mobilizing women to obey the policy and law, to train moral qualities, to raise the education level and awareness. Besides, Union should hold some practical and essential activities to support women to build up a happy family, continue to enhance mobilization and encouraging women to develop economics, to decrease poverty steadily and to protect the environment. The Union also focuses on renewing the content and modes of action, diversifying the forms of gathering and attracting members. At the same time, the Union should participate actively building, judging and supervising the implementation of the law and policy on equality of sex.
