On June 25th, the members of the Legislative committee of The People’s Council as well as units, departments and sectors attended the meeting to reach the agreement on the reports of Provincial People’s Committee about adjusting and supplementing some articles in the Resolution No. 182 and 199/2020/NQ-HĐND on titles, regimes , policies applied for non-specialized cadres at commune ( ward, town ) and hamlet levels; the Resolution on expenditures to ensure the inspection, settlement and review of the system normative documents. Mr. Dinh Quoc Thai, Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee, was present at the meeting.

At the meeting, the delegates agreed on the contents of the submissions conducted by Provincial People’s Committee on the above problems. Also, they discussed the implementation process of Civil law enforcement for 6 first months of 2012, listing some shortcomings which must be focused on and gradually dealt with; as well as the main missions and solutions for the rest of the year.
Mr. Dinh Quoc Thai said that the sectors and locals must mobilize synergy between political system and all citizens; focusing on the direction and inspection of civil law enforcement and the implementation of Resolution of People’s Council of the same level; paying more attention to the attitude and efficient public service, handling complaints and denouncements; maintaining politic stabilization, enhancing the validity and effect of government management in order to fulfill the mission of Civil law enforcement for the rest of 2012.
