On 27th June, Vice Chairman of
provincial People’s Committee – Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tri presided over the
meeting about the consideration and approval on communes achieving the
targets of Program 135 Phase II of the province.

Accordingly, 6 communes: Phu An, Tuong Mountain (Tan Phu district), Thanh Son (Dinh Quan district), Lam San. Thua Duc (Cam My district) and Ma Da(Vinh Cuu district) have been approved in this phrase. In order to achieve the targets of Program 135 Phase II of the province, communes have to fulfill 4 criteria in terms of economy and society such as: infrastructure, GDP per capita, poverty rate, educational level of Communal officials, student attendance rate…
At the meeting, the delegates of the local areas, departments and sectors also agreed that: up to now, there have been 4 out of 6 communes which are: Nui Tuong, Lam San, Phu An, Thua Duc having completed Program 135; the rest ones are Thanh Son, Ma Da which are classified as poor provinces will be invested under Program 135 the next phrase.
