Department’s leaders are happy to receive First Rank Labor Medal

Over recent years, Dong Nai Department of Science and Technology has made many continuing efforts on all of scientific and technological fields ranging from strengthening research and practicing applied topics and projects, effectively utilizing new models in workforce training, knowledge and initiative encouragement in the process of working out the production to create distinctive identity and typical example for our country, positively influence the entire society, initially form the market of scientific and technological applications, considerably contribute to the whole socio-economic development throughout the province. In recognition of those efforts that officers and staffs made in the development of science and technology in several years earlier, in 2006, the Department was honorably awarded Government First Rank Labor Medal and Competitive Flag

At the celebration, representatives listened to the preliminary reviewing report of those works that were carried out in the first 6 months of 2007, and guidelines and tasks that have been proposed for the ending 6 months of this year. As a result, for the first 6 months of this year, most proposed works have been fulfilled in the positive, active and creative way, basically completed all guidelines and tasks as planned on every field. The target for the ending 6 months of this year will continue to heighten these achievements, especially focus on mobilizing all social forces through organizations or unions to take part in scientific and technological activities.

Attending and addressing the celebration, Mr. Dinh Quoc Thai highly appreciated the activeness, creativeness and coherence in the management, guideline and control of the Department’s leadership as well as their solidarity, effort and enthusiasm. He suggested “Dong Nai Department of Science and Technology should make more improvement on every field in the upcoming time. Especially, in the operational plan of 2007, the Department should combine with other departments, industries, units and enterprises throughout the province to build more particular contents, tasks and solutions because scientific and technological activities are very typical and relate to departments, industries and levels.”
