A Conference On Contribution To Draft of Revision Report in the Mid Tenure of the 8th Provincial Party Congress Held.

Up to now, the provincial Party Standing Committee has finished the third draft of “revision report on two-and-a-half-year implementation of resolutions of the 8^th the Provincial Party Congress”. In the first half tenure, most of the targets set in resolutions passed in the 8^th Congress have been accomplished and even done with results exceeding set targets. Among 12 contents, 4 ones done with results exceeding set targets are total value of gross domestic product, total export turnover, total investment capital for whole social development/GDP, and rate of tree coverage, and 4 ones finished with results meeting set targets are revenue of local budget/GDP, rate of household using electricity, gathering and treating waste, and secondary school universalization.       

The attendees were put into groups for discussion in order to contribute to the draft, focusing on contents: evaluating and considering strong points and limitations to be surmounted in the first half tenure, lessons drawn along with essential solutions.
