War Zone D’s Center of Ecology – Culture – History starts construction

On August 31 morning, at Ba Hao three-way crossways in Ma Da commune, Vinh Cuu District, the kick-off ceremony of War Zone D’s Center of Ecology – Culture – History was occurred. This project has had a significant political and social meaning for not only Dong Nai Province but also for six southeastern provinces, and it is the first project to celebrate 310th anniversary of the formation and development of Bien Hoa - Dong Nai.

    Attendees in the kick-off ceremony were Truong Vinh Trong - Deputy Prime Minister and member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, Tran The Vuong – Head of the National Assembly Committee for People’s Aspiration and member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, Le Hoang Quan - member of the Party Central Committee and Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City’s People’s Committee, Tran Dinh Than – member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council, Le Hong Phuong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Standing Party Committee, Head of the provincial delegation of the National Assembly, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Vo Van Mot – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Nguyen Thi Kim Lien – member of the Central Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front and other delegates.

    Addressing at the kick-off ceremony, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Dinh Thanh strongly said that it was an especially significant project to honor the history of revolutionary struggle of people in the South-east region. This would be a place using for traditional activities, meetings and education for young generation. It has been invested and developed to connect such historical sites as the Southern Central Bureau, the Eastern Regional Party Committee, Linh spring, Cat Tien National Garden and some other places in Vinh Cuu District.

    In addition, the secretary reminded that War Zone D’s Center of Ecology – Culture – History was an important project, so it was required to carefully study before construction.

    As known, this project had the area of about 15.7 hectares and it was expected to be carried out within 360 days. It was invested by Vinh Cuu Heritage and Nature Reserve Zone and executed by Dong Nai Industrial Civil Joint-Stock Corp. No. 1.
