The 1st Congress of Dongnai Association for Development of Human Resources and Talents held.

The congress elected the new executive board with 17 members and eventually, former deputy director of Department of Education and Training, chief executive officer of Lac Hong University Do Huu Tai was appointed as the association’s president.     

Dongnai’s association for development of human resources and talents  was established on July 17, 2008 and has got 101 members. The association is aimed at promoting more and more development and mobilization of potentials for development of human resources and talents for the provincial industrialization and modernization process. The association is a social and scientific voluntary organization of people who live, study, work in Dongnai currently and expect to contribute to development of human resources and talents in the province. The association is a member of the provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations and under Vietnam Association for Development of Human Resources and Talents’  direction on professional competence.

The aim of the association is to unite people in fields of science and technology, leaders, managers who are enthusiastic about development of human resources and talents, but it is not aimed at profit. The association’s useful functions are to consulting offices, organizations on determining strategy for training, fostering, using and attracting human resources as well as talents, to spot, train, cultivate, use, attract human resources and talents, to participate in debates and assess projects concerning development of human resources and talents, to propagandize and popularize as well as exchange scientific information about development of human resources and talents , to mobilize and exploit resources assisting the provincial development of human resources and talents.

The course of association this year will be assembling and uniting enthusiastic and able people who also expect to contribute to development of human resources and talents in the province, and step by step deploying effectively activities in conformity with regulations, which can make useful contribution to development and deployment of human resources and talents in the province.
