Supervising delegation of Economy and Budget Board of the provincial Ceople’s Council work with Department of Natural Resources and Environment.

According to the report of  Department of natural resources and environment, the sector in 2007 have finished and submitted the government for approval of modifying project and it also made the plan of using land in district and commune level, held to proclaim approved projects. As for land management, the sector improved and finished original files of land survey for 111 communes, issued land using license with an 38% increase, compared with 2006, dealt with nearly 28,000 cases of transferring land using right and 2,300 cases of transferring land using purpose in district level. Environmental protection and water resource management, check, appeal solution, administrative reform procedure.. have got certain results.

However, the sector still have limitation, problems such as perplexed in using career expense source for environmental activities, perplexed in conducting system of “ one door” in districts and commune. For this issue, Nguyen thi Tuyet Nga, representative of the supervising delegation, said “ the provincial people’s council acknowledge and will have guideline, direction for the sector to solve difficulties timely in the first period this year.”
