Seminar to summarize environmental communication in 2007.

Department of Natural Resources and Environment and Cooperative Union of Dong Nai Province singed joint program on environmental protection.

In 2007, levels, sectors, offices, units, and factories cooperated to conduct and promote communicating and mobilizing people to participate in environmental protection movements such as planting trees, sanitize streets, alleys, protect clean water source… with various ways. A lot of units had new ways; for example, Youth union deployed movement of self-managed youth in Long Khanh by forms of dividing people into teams, streets into street routes to manage an keep hygiene. Moreover, they directed pupils of Hiep Hoa junior high school to sort waste at the source.     

However, collaboration among offices, unions in all levels hasn’t been high, making effects of deploying environmental protection activities not synchronous, popular as well as resulting to not duplicate pilot models.

On this occasion, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Veteran Association and Cooperative Union of Dong Nai Province singed joint program on collaboration in environmental protection collaboration, land management and use, sound natural resources use.
