Job Transaction Floor will be held at Dong Nai Employment Service Center on 10th April.

According to Le Cong Khanh, Director of Dong Nai Employment Service Center, since 2000-2006, Dong Nai has held 7 job fairs and each fair has 50 thousand participants or so. Since 2007, Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs turned Job Fair into Job transaction Floor. In August 2008, Job transaction floor held in the first time gained encouraging results. The aim of the Job transaction floor is at facilitating the most labors and enterprises, training, presenting jobs in order to set up and gradually develop orthodox labor market and serving job solving program and vocational training so that they can be effective and meet demands of society.

Labors came to seek jobs at Job transaction floor in 2007.

 Coming to this job transaction  floor, participants exchanged directly with each other consultancy, job seeking registration, employment presentation, and employee recruitment at direct exchange area of the job transaction floor. Offices of Dong Nai Emplyment Service Center and 4 satellite points were installed generally 57 computer connected to the Internet and via those computers, participants can access Internet at website /en/Shared Documents/20381_, column “ Job-seeker and employee seeker ”to find labor market information, insert job seeking or recruitment information as demand on website. In each transaction point, the organization board assigned a person to instruct labors how to access Web.

employers are larger, more convenient, and less costly. As reported, the job transaction floor held firstly in 2007 attracted 42 enterprises to participate in recruiting employees directly, 5000 participants and 1,360 people registering to seek work and 201 members registering to recruit employees and 47% files were accepted, saving expense of nearly VND100 million.

Until now, there have been 7 enterprises registering to take part in the job transaction floor, 3 of which registered to directly participate and 4 of which registered to insert recruitment information online. Total of labor demand of those enterprises is 871 labors including labors having qualification from high school to university.     

The organization board also said that this year the job transaction floor would be held nine times on 10th monthly, beginning on 10^th April.
