2,945 new party members admitted in 2007.

At present, 100% wards and hamlets have on-site party members. The rate of new party members admitted includes increasing number of youth union members, females, ethnic minorities, people engaged in certain religion, intellectuals, contributing to change structure of party members in positive way. Especially, new party members admitted are still young and have ideal, aspiration as well as always want to advocate to the cause of the national construction and defense. Thanks to that, quality of executive committee and cell’s activity has been enhanced more and disciplined.
