Nhon Trach continues boosting socialization in the fields of culture, education and health.

        Previously, conducting The Party and government’s guidelines as well as policies on promoting socialization in fields of education, healthcare, culture, physical training and sports, Boards and Departments, Unions in the district have deployed carrying out and widely  informed people of all classes as well as mobilized people to take part in those activities enthusiastically. Through the deployment, the district has gained a lot of important results. Specifically, for education, 10 non-public education establishments have been in operation here. Most of them concentrate in nursery education. In order to get funds to construct, upgrade, repair, and solidify school system, the district mobilized the source of revenue from educational socialization yearly. As a result, infrastructure of the educational system has been improved. In particular, with donation of Tin Nghia, Nhon Nghia pre-school was set up in accordance with national standards and began to run with the total  construction and equipment cost  of about VND14 billion.

      As for health, in addition to disease examination and treatment system of public health establishments, district health branch boosted development of such non- public disease examination and treatment system as District Oriental Medicine Council, charity healthcare clinic, private healthcare system, etc they are placed dispersedly in communes in order that it can be convenient for people for disease examination and treatment. Thanks to that convenience, some serious epidemic diseases have declined noticeably such as malaria, petechial fever. Besides, the rate of malnutrition in children at age from 1 to 5 has decreased 1.7% to 2.1% year-on-year.

       As for culture and physical training and sports ,forms of clubs, gathering places for wholesome cultural and sports activities have risen in all over the district such as 6 “let’s sing together” clubs, 7 “music for talanted amateurs” clubs, 13 Arts clubs, 04 playing places for the youth, gathering places for the youth and children’s activities ,24 volleyball fields, 9 badminton fields, 4 ping pong tables, 229 billiard tables ,and 42 clubs of other sports : football, volleyball, badminton, table tennis together with 6 teams of dragon dance.

        As known, cultural department assessed and suggested issuing service license to 42 karaoke establishments, 45 trade establishments dealing in tapes, CDs, VCDs, DVDs, ...

       It could be said that, thanks to those activities, potentiality and big inner force of society have been brought into full play. The parallel appearance of non- public and public establishments   upheld positive effects of social classes and attracted them to join, and gained big encouragements and responds. Those all have created advantages for policy beneficiary people as well as the poor to have more chances to enjoy high level achievements in education, healthcare, culture, physical training and sports.

  However, In times of conducting socialization, some problems and limitations have been exposed ; for example, activities and socialization models of education, health, culture, physical training, and sports haven’t been typically multiplied and developed extensively, and the procedure for applying for the business license has still been complex and difficult; therefore, it has made business owners have hesitation in doing business; consequently, developing and expanding business have been restricted; additionally, professional along with organization and management ability of the branch officials,especially grassroots officials,  have still had limitations, etc..

     Due to this reality, in order to enhance more socialization in education, health, and physical training  and sports in this district, The District economic Board suggested some solutions such as promoting of  popularization, building  and deploying implementation of socialization projects for education, health, physical training and sports in this area soon, as well as building planning and plans, developing socialization in accordance with the  government guidelines and policies and local reality, mobilizing  local human and financial resources to deploy planning , frequently checking and supervising law enforcement  and government regulations as well  as timely modifying violations.
