Job Transaction Floor provides Labor Market Information

*Needs for skilled employees has been really high.

According to Mr. Le Cong Khanh, director of the provincial employment service, enterprises’ needs for employee recruitment have been actually high, especially their needs for skilled employees.

Companies in need of large number of employees in Dong Nai include Truong Hai Auto.(4,154), Mabuchi Motor Vietnam Co. (2,010), Viet Vinh shoes Manufacture co.( 5,600), Seorim Co.( 2,000), Dona Pacific Co. ( 2,000). Companies having recruitment need of high skilled employees are Dong Nai Garment Joint Stock Co. ( 1,125/1,250), LiLima joint stock Co. ( 788/788), A First Vina Ltd. Co. ( 331/500)….

It is estimated that enterprises in the whole province need 54,212 labors in 2008. Bien Hoa has the highest need ( 26,587 labors).

In reality, a large number of people are seeking job. However, most of them are ordinary labors, not skilled ones. According to the provincial Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the whole province has 36% trained labors.  

*The job transaction floor is a bridge between labors and recruiters.

Job Fair was turned into Job Transaction Floor in order to promote development of provincial labor market and raise chances for labors and employers to meet and discuss, based on labor market information among localities in the province as well as neighboring regions.

The Job Transaction Floor will be held both directly at the floor and online ( on website /en/Shared Documents/20383_). As reported, the first job transaction floor was held in 2007 and gained good results with 42 enterprises joining the floor, 5,000 participants, 12,176 people accessing website, 878 people consulted, 102 registered recruiters…

From those results, the organization board decided to organize job transaction floor nine times on the 10^th monthly. The second job transaction floor will be held at Dong Nai Employment Service Center and four key areas with computers connected to the Internet namely Long Thanh - Nhan Trach, Trang Bom, Tan Phu and Xuan Loc.  

As reported, job transaction floor of Dong Nai Province will be organized in the form of market-days held every week or twice a week in order to set up a systematic market providing labor and job information.
