Modernization of Dongnai’s administration till 2010.

Since the reality of Dongnai’s Administration in last time is that working mode of administrative bodies hasn’t still met demands of industrialization and modernization, and that management mode of levels still have problems without thoroughly understanding and firmly cooperating, and that application of information technology into management task still have difficulty, the project set the target “continue to renovate management mode of the public administration system in order to meet demands of eco-social development and international integration.

 Accordingly, the major content includes reducing meetings as well as administrative documents in activities of public administrative bodies, applicating information technology into computer network in public administrative bodies, upgrading and expanding computering network in the province, applying the quality management system complying with TCVN ISO 9001:2000 standard into activities of bodies, studying, checking reality and setting up the overall planning of government office system of administrative bodies as well as building up standard for setting up government office and carrying out regulations of government office culture, enhancing quality of serving people as well as gradually eliminating bureaucracy.

The project content is carried out and follows a route of ensuring that by 2010 100% of public administrative bodies will finish set contents well .
