According to report from Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, from the beginning of 2008 up to now, in Dong Nai Province, There have been 41 labor disputes, 39 of which led to strikes mostly in Japanese, Korean, Taiwanese enterprises. Most of strikes took place with moderate attitudes. However, there were some strikes having signs of instigation, ignition such as strikes in Unipax company, Nippon Paint company, Seorim Company with forms of breaking production line, throwing shrimp sauce, threatening, fighting to force workers to strike, making difficult for enterprises to solve.

As to the provincial police foundation, 54 circumstances of instigating have been dealt with and investigated. For ones having elements of committing crimes, they will be prosecuted and dealt strictly with violations according the provision of the law.
