Build offical union of “ Democracy- Solidarity-Creativity-Responsibility”

Individuals were handed in certificates of merit in the conference to sum up emulation in union task in 2006.

In the tenure 2 ( 2004-2008),movements of civil officials and employees as well as activities of the provincial official labor union gained noteworthy achievements in popularization task, political learning, idea, popularization of law policy, emulation movements promotion along with union member development… Accordingly, up to now, the provincial official labor union has 76 grassroots level union,4626 officials, employees along with 11 departments, sectors building their management systems conformable to ISO standard of state administration and designing a lot of software… , bringing practical effects in solving work.. Yearly, there are about 2,000 cadres, officials, employees awarded the title “ good labors”, 305 of which is awarded the title “ emulation soldier of all levels”, and 95% offices and units are acknowledged ones having good cultural life. Moreover, in four last year, supervising policy of caring legitimate right and profit protection for officials and employees as well as organizing contribution for social activities have been conducted considerately. Therefore, they encouraged officials and employees to be more enthusiastic in work and finish assignments well.

With those achievements, the third Congress of official union brought out major direction and task in the new tenure including constructing official staff, officials and employees having political quality, ethics, good lifestyle, professional competence, steady skill that can meet demands of administrative reform and international integration, successfully finishing modernization and industrialization, speeding up emulation movements of good and creative labors with 100% grassroots unions registering in emulation and gaining emulation titles, studying and training like moral example of Ho Chi Minh, improving ability to finish well the political tasks of offices, units, continuing innovating content and working mode to build and develop a strong union organization as well as conducting slogan “ democracy-solidarity-creativity-responsibility” following the guideline: orientating union activity to grassroots, enhancing collaboration among executive committees in leadership, strengthening organization and support of authority in union as well as speeding up renovating content and working mode to be appropriate for every kind of grassroots union.
