That is the topic of the seminar on science which was organized by the Dong Nai University on the morning of June 9th with nearly 160 participants including university lecturers in the area.
At the seminar, participants shared their experiences in the application of information and technology in teaching, such as creating online lessons (E-learning), introducing classroom management software, using blog as a tool to enhance student interaction, skills in designing lectures with PowerPoint and experience in application of information and technology in teaching subjects of natural and social science …
The delegates also agreed that the application of information and technology is the inevitable trend. However, it is just an important support tool to enhance teaching quality. Although application of information and technology is necessary to meet the needs of society, it cannot replace traditional teaching methods. Thus, we should avoid excessive abuse which may lead to counterproductivity.
