On 2/23/2013 the Dong Nai provincial Party’s Committee issued document No. 40-CTr/TU on the propagation program in 2013 of the Dong Nai province Executive Committee of Communist Party.
Accordingly in 2013, executive committees of all levels will focus on implementing the resolution of the Dong Nai province Party's Central Executive (term XI) on "strengthening the leadership of the Communist Party in the propagation in contemporary era" in order to promote the strength of the national unity; focusing on consolidating the organization, innovating the operational routines in parallel with improving the quality and efficiency of the Viet Nam Fatherland Front, unions, especially local ones; improving the political quality of union members; promoting the central status of the party; encouraging all social classes to actively participate in revolutionary movements and socio-economic development activities; maintaining national security; further promoting the role of the Fatherland Front and other political and socio-entities in supervising and monitoring the party and the government building; promoting "clever propagation" movement to improve the effectiveness of propagation in the new situation, contributing to the successful implementation of the objectives, targets and resolutions of Dong Nai province Executive Committee of Communist Party in 2013.
The key objectives are to promote the communication, education of resolutions of the party and legal policies of state to members, officers and people; improving the quality of the propagation of the political system with the focus lying in the governmental propagation; innovating the mode of operation, improving the quality of the movement, the practice of gathering forces of the Fatherland Front on the basis of core organizations; promoting " clever propagation" movement in association with the patriotic movement; strengthening the leadership of the Party toward entities, private people’s unions; well implementing the national policy on ethnic and religion; strengthening the role of the executive committees in the propagation, promoting the active role of the political system to implement the propagation.
The provincial Party’s Committee also suggested that the civil affairs committee of local communist parties, unions, provincial committees, the Provincial Party Committees, the Fatherland Front, provincial organizations and unions, provincial Party’s Standing Committee , people’ organizations and unions, departments, branches and sectors of the province specify the related contents into the programs and plans directed by their units based on the propagation program in 2013 of Dong Nai province Executive Committee of Communist Party term XI. Quarterly, every 6 months and annually an assessment conference shall be organized to recap on the outcomes. Besides, based on its resolution, the provincial Party’s Committee entrusted the Propaganda Department the propagation program of the central executive committee, in coordination with the Office of the provincial Party’s Committee and other relating departments with the supervision and monitoring of the implementation of the campaign of authorities at all levels and periodically summarize and make report on the outcomes to the standing committee of the provincial people committee every 3 months, every 6 months and every year.
