On 08/03/2012, the Propaganda Department of Provincial Party’s Committee issued plan no. 218-KH/BTGTU on the dissemination and propagation of traffic law in 2013 within Dong Nai province.
Accordingly, the plan aims at stimulating the propagation and providing guidance on traffic law in order to raise awareness, responsibility and self-consciousness in complying with traffic law among officers and party members, union members and all social classes, creating motivations to make positive changes in drivers’ behaviors and traffic safety, contributing to traffic accident control and reduction within the province.
The propagation and dissemination process of legal education must be innovated in terms of forms and methods and integrated into the continual and consistent implementation of the Directives and the Party's Resolutions on a regular basis; through means of information such as cell meetings, community conferences, all socio-political parties and social classes have deeply and consistently insights into law on traffic order and safety, resulting in high consensus within the community and strict law enforcement.
All executive committees, party committees, authorities, sectors, unions, socio-political parties should be more engaged in the implementation of traffic law, promote the power of the political system, coordinate to provide the propagation and dissemination of traffic law to officers and party members, as well as all social classes; regularly carry out inspection and supervision on the propagation and dissemination of legal education on traffic law at their premises, preventing formal behaviors solely for the sake of achiements.
At the same time, the plan also approved the contents and forms of coordination such as work of providing guidelines, propagation orientation, training courses of traffic safety propagation for Reporters and Consultants at district and grassroots levels, social opinion investigation and the propagation and results of new rural area building.
As for the work of implementation, the Propaganda Department of Provincial Party’s Committee will come up with specific Plans and Programs; conducting budget estimation; coordinating with the Department of Information and Communications to provide direction to provincial media agencies, newspapers, radio network to contribute to the dissemination of traffic law within the province. The plan also indicates the tasks set forth for the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee, Provincial Politics school, Propaganda Department of all districts, the People’s Committee and province-affiliated Municipal Party Committee and Party Committee.
